While I love to get out of the area and photograph new locations, we can't forget about our own backyard right here in beautiful Warsaw, Illinois. Senior sessions can use the tiniest locations throughout the town to get an amazing variety in a small perimeter. These five location ideas are just the tip of the iceberg, there are so many locations within Warsaw we can take advantage of.

I love wandering up and down Warsaw's Main Street with my clients. It's truly one of my favorite photo locations. Brick walls, old doors, cute windows, and fall foliage in October all make for great senior photos.

Geode Glen is a great little nature area for photos during any season. The cabins offer texture for background options, newly added trails allow us to go a little farther into the timber with great leading lines for portraits. If caught at just the right time, Geode Glen looks amazing during the fall with some of the best orange and yellow leaves.

Friendship Bridge is a cute little hidden gem in Warsaw. Posing here is pretty limited, so we won't spend much time in this location, but it's a great addition to your session. During the summer season you'll get lush greenery and late fall the sun filters through the trees beautifully. And yes... you might be greeted by a neighborhood cat.

Warsaw is a river town, so obviously I'm highlighting our amazing riverfront! The riverfront is ideal during golden or blue hour in the evening. You'll get the amazing skies in your background and the reflection off the river. We can get a variety of backgrounds depending on which way we're facing the sunset so we can really get a lot of different looks in this little area.

Duh! Let's not forget my little studio in Warsaw! We can use what the studio naturally offers: the big windows, brick wall, white wall, the beautiful doors or we can create a set for you with seamless paper backdrops.
